How Do I Become A Member?
Becoming a member with TEFC is easy! Just follow these simple steps:
1. Complete and mail in your application and mail it to:

3. Upon membership acceptance, submit your initiation fee check.
Membership Fee Schedule
The following depicts the financial obligations a member can expect:
| Initiation Fee*: | $ 1000.00 |
| Monthly Membership Fee: | $ 85.00 |
* Upon termination of membership, you can expect a balance refund of one half your initiation fee. However, you must wait for a new member to join in order to receive your $500. If any outstanding balance is due to TEFC, it will be deducted from your return balance.
Aircraft Usage Fee Schedule
| Piper Archer: | $ 60.00 Per Tachometer Hour - Dry |
| Beechcraft Sport 150: | $ 49.00 Per Hobbs Hour - Dry |
Note: The aircraft hourly rates are dry rates. The operator is responsible to incur the additional cost of his or her fuel usage.
Member Obligations
As a member of TEFC, you are obligated to meet the following requirements:- Conform to all Federal Aviation Regulations.
- Conform to TEFC By-Laws and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Submit your monthly payments on time.
It is recommended that members attempt to attend our monthly membership meetings. It is an opportunity for you to meet other club members, share flying experiences, and raise any questions you may have regarding aviation and the club. Members will have the opportunity to take part in suggestions and voting for changes in club rules and operating procedures.
Our membership meetings are usually held on the first Monday of the month at 7:30 PM on the 2nd floor of the Republic Airport Administration building. It's near the 56th Fighter Group restaurant adjacent to the air traffic control tower. Prospective members or interested individuals are welcome to attend.
